unfinishing Guild Quest

[KAM] had some fun today: we reached required number of finished subquests (60/60) and GQ kind of froze.
The page in quest book showed it finished (all green, but without claim reward button : ).
People, who hadn't finished subquests lost those (only 2 confirmed out of ~15).
Waiting GQ disappeared.
After some waiting (while consulting with help channel and forum) we canceled current (frozen) quest, which gave us new GQ (not the waiting one) and over 8k ggc loss :P
Some events maybe related to bug:
Guild owner was inactive(somewhere from 24 to 48h) at the moment GQ should finish;
2 players with open GQ were kicked, which reduced requirement from 61 to 60. Wanted to try, to finish more subquests to try this solution guild-quest-wont-finish. but our unfinished subquests were lost .
