All I have is a Blue screen? What happened to my island?
probably behind the blue screen, Settlers wanting to surprise you and are redecorating the island..
erm, but honestly I don't know, could be something wrong with your flash.?
Clear your browsers cache and try again, maybe even restart your system, and try again,
try different browser or different system.. that's all the advice I can give you at the moment.. :)
I have spent almost a year on this game, somebody tell me why I have been locked out or I will go play something else.
Hello Anarchy-Keith,
Some players have been experiencing issues with getting past the loading screen.
Try clearing your web browser cache and checking that you have the latest Flash player and web browser :).
Please contact support if the problem persists.

Using a different browser has allowed me access. I don't see how going away for the weekend would affect my browser?
Maybe he just needed some rest..
It could have been everything really, have you played on the testserver with the same browser?
Or maybe even at the same time but in another tab, could also make this happen.
I'm not saying it did, but it is possible :)
Are you still having problems with the other browser?
Cleared the cache ?
Updated Flash if needed ?
What browser are you using anyway, Chrome, did you get the latest update for it ?
Some more information could shine a light on this subject :)
last time it stayed a blue screen I had to clear cache. one of the few times it was really needed. using different browser or comp is basically the same thing.
Clearing the cache did not help, I was using chrome, I went away for two days and when I came back the game would not load. I don't know how to update the flash player unless it tells me I need to update it automatically. The game works fine using Firefox.
not sure I'm allowed to post external non TSO links, but I PMd a link that might shed light on your problems :)
One of the problems is that different browsers can need different versions of flash. If you have IE, Firefox and Chrome installed you could have 4 different versions of flash, you have a choice of 2 with IE. My solution to preventing problems using multiple browsers is to use different Windows accounts for each browser, since doing this I have not had any problems.
