wheat field never harvested

i placed a packed wheat field (game gift) but it never ever started to get harvested....

I see no farms on your screenshot, that probably indicates that there are other Wheat Fields closer to your farms. Those fields will be harvested first, since they are closer.

maybe he has no farms at all
