Two quests that are completed is not registred in the quest book. "Gather more than 600 coins" and "Defeat a bandit camp with more than 50 Militia". Therefore not rewarded.

What did you do to finish the quest?
Does the quest seem complete, but are you unable to claim the reward?
If you are able to provide a screenshot of that quest in your questbook, that might help too.
2) Gather more than 600 coins
This is probably a counting quest that forces you to gain an extra 600 coins from the moment the quest was started.
For example, if you have 1500 coins when the quest started you will need to own 2100 coins (2100-1500=600) before the quest will complete.
