how can i reposition buildings ?

To move buildings: open building menu > toolbox > Move building
To chat in game just type in the window to your left hand side.

Global-1 for general chat, Help tab for help questions and Trade tab for trading related stuff.

Thanks for the welcome i mangaged to get so far but i need more tools to make more buildings, how can i get more ?

Please try to follow the tutorial as much as possible as it will tell you how to produce goods. Tools can be produced with the toolmaker (building) which requires coal and bronze.

When you have access to the trade office you will also be able to trade, for say tools ;)
