After clicking [Send] on the contact support form there seems to be no confirmation now, no indication that the form did anything at all.
Zone locked middle of a premium week and no sign that the support ticket form even works.
Not happy with things at the moment.
Have tried about 5 tickets so far, will try another 5 in half hour and keep trying throughout the day.
Got reply through email, problem fixed.
Note: There is still no confirmation that a support ticket was sent on the website though. All it does it return to the homepage with no box saying 'Your message was sent'

Did you ever fix this? I also can't contact support and am not sure if they are ignoring me or if it's a bug :(
