I seem to be stuck on level 14,I cannot fullfill "Have production value of 0 copper for every 12 hours", my only copper mine has been shut down for over 12 hours, the last remaining task in "look out for tools". Is it possible I have come up against a Bug please.
send your explorers out to find 3 more copper mines
read the text of the quest again, it doesn't say "value of 0".

The wording of many quests is rather poor. Just remember when any quest asks for "at least 0" or similar it means you need to make more of that item than your using.
