Unable to create military units

I'm trying to create some military units but when I click on any particular unit and choose to create them, the hourglass appears and is constantly rotating.

I've tried logging off and back on again, clearing the browser cache etc. Any help gratefully received.

Apart from the usual lag, are you trying to manufacture a collectible buff in your mayor's House? Known problem, it plays havoc with both barracks and Prov House (original) whilst the manufacture is going on.
