Missing bonuses when lvling up

Has anyone else noticed they are not getting the gems etc reward on the lvl up screen before they move on in the game? I have noticed something wrong when lvling with gems not updating on my screen when i finally manage to get higher.
I sent a ticket to BB about it as i noticed my gems didnt increase, this is from lvl 43 to 44, but i also noticed it from 42 to 43. I hadnt managed to get screeenshots though. I do have now though while playing on American server.
Anyone else have these doubts in their heads?
