Hi I have been trying to get into the game for more than a week and even support without success till now. I have been unable to play the game because the game task bar has disappeared. In fact the bottom third of the screen has disappeared. Today I check and PART of the task bar is back but I am unable to send mail or even chat because the full task bar still isnt showing. Please help as i like this game and don't want to have to quit.:(
Can you provide us with a screenshot on what you are seeying? Unfortunately, I have no idea what you are seeing based on your description
thanks for replying Fexno , I have no idea how to take a screenshot or I would. The game task bar with all the icons to open the various tabs is showing but the bottom part is missing . So I cannot type in any chat, send mail or complete tasks. Until today none of the bottom third of the game screen was showing at all.

this is the task bar and as you can see the bottom of it doesn't show,this is more than it had before as none of it was showing at all.
The main cause of what you are seeing is normally due to extra task bars in your browser forcing the game screen lower.
Removing the browser task bar or playing full screen should solve the issue.
Full screen is normally achieved with F11 in most browsers or as an option under "view" menu at the top of the browser.
