I am not shore am I doing something wrong or it is a bug.
I have to finish quest, in menu it shows that I have 10 trained solders and in order to finish I have to give them buffs, when I try I can not crown do not glow and on all other buildings buff works just fine.
You can only use specific buffs to buff your barracks. If you look in your star menu, you should either see a buff called "Mr Myers" or "Drill Plan" (You received this buff when the quest became visible.
