[new building] Clock tower

This would be nice decorative building with some functionality to help players.

Visitors clicking on the tower would open window that shows the following information about the Clock tower owner.

When the owner clicks on the building this same information would be on the middle and on the right side would be slots for timers for when the Clock tower bell tolls. This could be used to e.g. inform when the buffs end.

I'm not sure if this should be upgradable or should the extra slots be available for ::coins:: and ::gem:: like in Trade Office

I don't have any graphics to show but it would be something like Big Ben.

not sure about the player information but the alarms might be a nice feature, using a 3rd party alarm clock atm to remember gems and premium. Also the amount of times I've lost gold ore on a mine I've forgotten I'm building.

Excellent idea, when no alarm is set, it could display your computers time on analogue dial, it would look very nice.
on level 5 nobles there is a tiny clock @ top of house but it is not moving. :(

The clock could also show the server time ie BST/GMT, so people can easily see when maintenance is supposed to start.
I love the idea of having a buff alarm setting.
