We have a few quests that can't be unlocked after you have reached a certain level.
The thread discussing "Join the Army" can be found here: http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/t...-the-army-quot. The quest "The Garrison" wasn't reported yet as having the problem, but is in the same quest chain as "Join the army" so it is likely that this quest has the same problem.
Not getting guild quests can have several reasons:
1) Your guild isn't big enough to be getting guild quests (needs 10 or more members)
2) You were inactive while the current Guild Quest was activated, and the other members didn't complete it yet.

Why are my quests not unlocking when I have completed them. Completed "Theodor gets attacked" (all 4 sections have turned green) but the quest stays in operation. This also happened on another quest and took days before it cleared.
