It's annoyed me for a long time that most of the so called "Quick Loot" guides available actually weren't that quick. And wasted troops on taking out camps that weren't needed in order to get the loot as fast as possible. This guide delivers what it promises.
If you have a BHG (or other fast general other than the VET and MMA needed) load up the generals with the amount of troops needed for their first attacks before sending. And load up the BHG with the remaining 120R and 80B that are needed. Then send all 5 generals including the 2 regulars for the blocks.
When the 3 fast generals arrive. Set up the MMA and VET in the B and D position. Send the attacks as described. And they'll be back before the block generals arrive so you can load the MMA and VET up with the needed troops for the last attack and load up and send the BHG home with all remaining except the 2R for the blockers.
Using this guide you can quite easily complete this adventure in under 40 minutes from the time you start it.

EDIT: MihaiBV pointed out to me that you can take out the first leader camp with the VET with no change in troops and for zero loss after the VET returns and in the time it takes the MMA to return. It will earn you 120XP or 1 star coin more to do so.
