Advanced Tunneling

Just a new idea, its probably been mentioned but just a new thought thats come to mind. Anyway i see lots of lvl 50s complaining that their is nothing new for them. So my idea is to create a codex called Advanced Tunneling which would allow them to tunnel to a small or medium sized island off the coast of home island which would be rich in resources and possibly a bandit camp or two. However the chance of finding this island should be about 1% chance of finding it whilst searching for a gold mine. Cant have it too easy. Possibly kill 2 birds with one stone as some keep complaining they dont have any space on home island and nothing extra to do.
So if anyone can improve on this idea please do.

Its just a random idea to help those at lvl 50 im nowhere near that level yet and cant see it happening anytime soon :)
