No idea someone in my former guild had the same problem yesterday, I did what 10 maybe 12 IOTP one after the other yesterday and didn't get that send a ticket I guess !

when it says this does it say wait a while b4fore trying a new one? i had this turned out i had to clear cache etc log out and back in and that fixed it seems the game didnt fully update after i ended an adv

Theoretically, just pressing Ctrl-F5 while in the tso tab should work and only hard refresh that page.
If that does not fully do it, just do similar to Chrome with Ctrl-Shift-Del.
Trident based browsers (Internet Explorer etc):
No idea on this one, lol. Does anyone still use IE? Hopefully nobody on winXP does ;)
