Saltpeter and a use after we make gunpowder

we win lots of saltpeter off our adventures, personally i have 77,000 stored with no use except making gunpowder which again as no use
so we don't bother making it or even to build a gunpowder hut in the first place.

My idea is the old chinese method of using gunpowder to make (yes u guessed it) FIREWORKS!!!
The fireworks would be a exciting new buff or buffs x2 x3 x4 and x5 and maybe another x3 for epic workyards.
whether you choose to make a new building available to make the fireworks or let us make them in provision house and rarity provision house is for BB to decide but please make it accesable to all levels and possibly instant level 5 too.
i think a range of fireworks would be a exciting addition for the game in general.
buffs depending on strength could be used on different levels of buildings.

ideas offered on global was a barrel bomb to blow fish into store and a few other crazy ideas.
please add what you want a buff to do on your island and help this idea get the nod from BB.

I love this idea - saltpeter and gunpowder are pretty useless at the moment and fireworks would fit into the game world nicely. New buffs are always welcome too :)

I'd prefer the balance of the game to be fixed to make saltpeter useful for its intended purpose first.

Major failure of the whole game which has never been addressed...

Repeating your 1st post verbatim is not likely to make it happen

It could be used to remove unwanted buffs instead of new buffs as there are far too many already.

Cool idea, there are so many ideas kicking about for how Salt and gunpowder can be used nearly all of them involve buffs of some sort, I really have no idea why BB has done something yet.

Brilliant idea. I sometimes use 2x buff by accident on stuff and go for 9 hours with the building on sleep, How awesome would be to make a buff that can remove buffs!

BUT the fireworks idea is great too. Fireworks buff to remove buffs...makes sense. Otherwise maybe have it useful for collectibles. I think everyone groans when they do an adv and get salt. Takes me a week to save up for a DB, and then I win salt...LOL.
