GUILD APPLICATIONS/Recruitment

Its now harder than ever to find active, chatty new members and I am sure this is so for most guilds. Now new players even Level 1 just press that apply button and then never appear again.

I would like to suggest that

Guild Applications state the level of the person alongside their name.

New players cannot be in a guild or apply until Level 12 (same time as trade office). The tutorial is in place and G1 and the help channel. It need only take a few hours play to get to level 12.

This would also help curb unsolicited guild invites to new members without a tag who chat in G1 and help. Some of whom have hated it and even left the game. Under level 12 at the moment are being asked to do something they know absolutely nothing about then might get kicked by some guilds purely because of their level which can sour their view of the game.
