How long does it take until you get a reply from the customer service in this game?

While the requirements don't state the camp has to be a camp on your home island, I'm pretty sure that are the only camps that count.
It depends on how many tickets they are handling at the moment. You should at least have gotten an automatic reply by e-mail on the account you used to register your account. If you didn't receive that reply please send a new ticket via the contact form on this page.Quote:
