Remove sands and other stuff from the island by building roads

They are not just ugly. Some are actually hiding collectible items.

They have removed some spawn point mentioned in Collectibles-hiding-(in-rocks-etc), but this time it's better to fix this mud patch layer issue - either lower the layer value or simply remove those failing patches.
