Missing Golem

We have a member of our guild who has had their golem killed by guild members but the golem has disappeared and has not been seen for 2 days, there is no timer or anything to click on just grass!

So they are unable to continue with the haloween quests

Is there a bug and can this be fixed so one appears

Please make sure the players that have this problem raise a ticket with Support.
They can use the contact form on this page

Try to be as precise as possible and have them add details like which haloween quests they had open when the golem was defeated.

Bit on the late side but should this come up again it's worth making sure the player is at least level 19 and that they've clicked "complete" on the quest in the Quest Book.

thanks it did eventually come back but took 3 days so didnt have to raise a ticket
