Weird new graphics glitch in S2?

I've seen it earlier on my laptop, never seen it again, but now on my main system I get the same weird glitch..

I can refresh all I can, it keeps coming back..

If happened when I needed to refresh and my game days were reset from 5/6 days back to 1 day..

Why that happened I haven't got a clue..

It's the graphic for a level 2 noble residence that's gone goofy by the looks of it.

I'm upgrading the one I have to level 3 and build some new ones I can upgrade to level 2, let's see if I can reproduce this freaky thing :)

I'm getting the same thing. Seems to come and go a little but have witnessed The Sinister Ear in both Firefox and Chrome. Messes with the whole atmosphere just a bit!
