Disappeared 10 building licences???

I have buyed 10 building licences and applied it, but when I later again enter the game, they are disappeared.

Gems are decreased (like it should be when I buyed it), but number of licences is the same as before applying 10 new.

Now I don't have gems and don't have building licences!!!

This happened today, after the update of the server.

Modran2, please let support know about this issue as they are the only ones who can look at your licenses and gems and figure out what happened.

My error, everything is OK now.
