Where to find blueprints for Rarity provision house?

you can buy them in the xmas event that starts the 11th dec

Anyone know if the ability to create buffs like aunt irma's feast stop after christmas event.

Every blueprint u buy will stay permanently after the event so try and buy all the blueprints (maybe not the stone deposit though).
