This is not mentioned in the change log, but it has happened since the 2nd maintenance this week. The little man is no longer putting up the rickety framework and all we get is the building plot and the % of building time.

Maybe its linked to the drop in graphics, but either way its things like this that if they are intentional should be included in the change log so players are not left guessing whether they are a bug or not.
