Colonies - Loots & Rewards

Where can we find information about loots & rewards reg Colonies?
Not so much loots, those are more or less evident, but more reg additional rewards.

P.eg.
- I captured 4 colonies first week
- after one week, these colonies stop producing BUT give regular valour points & Stars, I guesse when somebody lands/attacks: on which basis? random?
- this week, one of the colonies was definitively lost (another player captured it), and I received a "generous" reward; any table where we can look for these rewards?
- if we simply give up a specific colony, do we also get the same reward?
