Plowing Materials subquest not unlocked

Hi,

I recently levelled up to 46 and was granted a new quest - The Young Follower.

I was able to complete the first subquest - "Debris" but the second subquest "Plowing Materials" remains locked. I am obviously at the correct level and have completed the pre-required subquest.

Is this a bug ? Or is there another requirement I have not fulfilled ?

My Apologies ... Doh, I recently levelled up to Level 45.

Please ignore this bug report ... Or delete it altogether :(
