sending the people that start new accounts a guide would be nice, would also prevent so many from going to global chat and asking for help if it was explained to them how to play and how to ask for help under help tab.

Ok, while I agree to a point I have to ask .Did you read the Archive thingy when you started and quest asked you to? Or did you open it and close it?
I would say most people open and close it.
I think the existing 'tutorial' via the early quests does a decent job of teaching newbs - but it could stand with some 'expansion' - perhaps some glossary of terms (like CrazyBat pointed out - there's lots in the archives maybe they could add to that) to explain phrases I've seen people ask about like 'donate from your storage' and 'waiting quest'. Better wording in some of the quests would help a lot as a basic fix (tighter specifics or explanations about what 'obtain' vs. 'produce' vs. 'buy' for example)
