Muiltiple/wave attack - ignored attack?

Adventure: VLT
Camp: Sector 1 leader

Sending 6 attacks:
1. MMA: 1R
2. MMA: 1R
3. MMA: 1R
4. MMA: 1R
5. Normal: 180R
6. Major: 72R 1E 197K

The enemy camp: 60 Fox, 80 Boar, 1 Giant Godor, 1 Giant Bogor

The 4 MMA attack should kill all foxes and may be few boars.
I did sent the 4 MMA attacks. Waited 1 min(because yesterday i did experienced another bug with wave attacks), sent the rest 2 attacks and gone back to my home island. When later went back to the addy, all of the MMAs walked on their way back, but there was still 13 foxes left and the fifth attack was on going at that time.
There was 4 battle reports in the mail - all for the MMA's attacks. Reports are as follows:

First attack: 60 foxes at the start - 16 foxes killed - 44 left
Second attack: 44 foxes at the start - 16 foxes killed - 28 left
Third attack: 44 foxes at the start - 15 foxes killed - 29 left <--- ???
Forth attack: 28 foxes at the start - 15 foxes killed - 13 left <--- ???

So what is going on here? Was the third attack ignored???
I did lost only 1E and 6K of valuable troops in total, but what is going to be the next time?
