Somehow I dont have enough stone to build my 1st tavern (I only have 137) and I need the tavern to get more stone so Im in a kind of a dead end.
How can I continue the game?

Have you checked the star menu?
Perhaps you can find some stone there.

Check your mail and/or side quests..

Add PWP from your Star Menu to the Mayor, add Pinewood, add Stone (Click the Star then a resource, then the Mayor's House to move the resource to Storage) Reward: 10 GC
Demolish something that required stone to build it... you will get something like 20% of the original build costs back.
