I started the scenario yesterday before the server down. I found 4/5 pick. Today morning I found the 5th pick but I can't finish the scenario, see the picture.

visit the scenario island and return to home. Sometimes if you return to home right after you've collected the collectible it wont register, but revisiting the scenario island will register it found and you can create the buff.
That is not true now. I visited many times, but finally I must cancel it :(Quote:
