Now the landing area for generals on home island has been nerfed would it be possible to have a flag or some form of highlight on gen in star to show which are not landed on your island. This will save us clicking each one to see which needs to be placed manually. Alternatively, FIX the Problem that was created with the new content.

If I may suggest, designate a landing area as with a building to a specific general. That way the same general will land at exact same spot that a player has assigned it to, each time it returns from adventures to home island.
BB - how about just giving us back the features our MG's had when we bought them?
This change is not popular or fair - I want the full features MG's I paid for :(
