if they want money they will listen...it was their fault...
I too was unable to use the 200% gem offer as kept being told payment unable to authorise - despite having regularly bought gems before. Hmm
I had an issue until I reliased my AdBlocker was preventing me from continuing. I had to allow the site access before i could continue; once I did the transaction went through as normal.
Was this perhaps an issue you may have had?
