Does it use up a license every time you place the camp? (i.e. insufficient landing zones could mean very often...)
Would be a bit of a deal-breaker for many in our guild who are looking at this new general.
This was reported and it will hopefully be fixed soon.

Hello, I`m having a "problem" while transferring Lord Dracul http://i.imgur.com/aHVPFgj.png?1 it bugs my building licences and deletes a building licences, you can see on this pic that I have -1 building licence, SS was taken after there was a bug of -2 building licences : http://i.imgur.com/Byp4SjN.jpg?1

But when you move (transfer) a general to different location it gives back the missing building licences !
The update being applied aims to deal with this issue also.
