Connection to the Server lost

I have played settlers online for a few years and except the know lags never had an issue.

Well over the weekend I have a network crash and now every few min I get the connection to the server has been lost.

I had to purchased a new router, but from my side and my provider side (which I called them and asked them to do a scan on my connection) it is working fine. I can surf the internet, transfer file around my network but I keep loosing connection with thesettler online server.

I have gone through the below thread, I have tried IE, firefox and chrome all the same issue.

Also during connection I also get grey messages, sample below of 3 messages:

I would guess I have package losses, but with I ping www.thesettlersonline.com, it normally around 150-200ms, it some times come back with 3-5% packet losses. I have replaced the Ethernet cable between PC and router, no luck.

Not sure where else to try. My son plays PS4 on the internet and he says he has no issue of being drop or anything.
