Collection tab

Yesterday I have started to create Drill Sergeant Skunk under collection tab in my Mayor House......
More than 15 hours later is still freezed at 19:49 min to go, and I can't build any buff that I need......Log - relog and is still there and the counter doesn't move.

Are you upgrading the Mayor House? If so, production of collectible items stops whilst the upgrade is in progress, as it does in production buildings / barracks / provision house.
