I think its a real shame what they are doing, some people have collected these for years (I am not one of these people) but even i say bad form BB bad form.
Being picked as a forum spotlight is no compensation for the work put into the islands like this.
maybe they can bring out a fake pumpkin patch as a decoration
sector 9 should be pumpkin farm. will make graveyard there with statues then.

For those of us that collected the fields with no need or use for the pumpkins, I'm going to miss my farms :(
