Notice board and unit prioritising

I have a couple of ideas, if suggested already - apologies.

1. Notice board/town crier on home island by the Mayor house. This shows a little message, written by the owner of the island - maybe linking into the players details on the guild screen? Just an easy way to communicate to other visitors what you need, can help with or how long you might be away for on holiday. You could make a little animated town crier or something like that, then a little window pops up to show the short message.

2. When making lots of units in the barracks, you have the option of clicking them up or down once in the list to change the order in which they are made. How about having another button that takes that unit stack all the way to the top. Same for making weapons etc..
