This general doesn't exist. It's 7th tavern general. It has no check mark in its shield. When I click on it, there is no dialogue. I can't build over it, I can't place flowers or any other decoration over it. Nothing. It is just sitting there for weeks now, occupying good spot for building.
Any ideas?
