I`d like to express my gratitude to support for solving a problem i`ve had in a timely and friendly manner, which means even more to me since i don`t consider myself to be a `complaining guy`. Keep up the good work guys, the game is getting better and better and gives old players like me more reason to carry on playing :)
I agree. A lot of people say bad things about TSO support but I have found them to be very helpful the frw times I have had reason to contact them. I guess it's like most things- you only ever hear about the bad stuff whilst the good times get brushed aside.

I've had contact a few times, they've been pretty responsive all things considered and I think I'd give them a thumbs-up based on my experience.
Thanks for the initial thread Markos... seems there should be more positive things said at times.
