Hi,
idea: for each resource you could set the amount of reserve which is not used in production of other resources.
For example I set reserve of 200 for iron bars. At that moment I have 50 bars in store so the amount will start to go up to 200. Steel and other production requiring iron bars are halted for that duration.
Why: that reserve can be used for quests and trading. And it's automatic so no build or manual stopping of factories required.
