removal of troops in barracks (and stuff in provision house too)

When removing troops from your barracks you have to wait a few seconds before you can continue removing the next.
I believe this has been for about a year now, not sure when but previously you were able to keep removing troops one after the other. This is for both provision house and barracks.

Now with the new elite barracks introduced i noticed that the fast removal of troops is possible there but not in normal barracks.
Would it be possible to make it available again in the normal barracks and provisionhouse ?
