Mayor house collections frozen

My mayor house collections have frozen, how do i fix this? Thanks :)

Can you explain 'frozen' in more detail?

Is your Mayors house upgrading?, if I recall there is a second building whoms upgrade stops collections being made

Indeed, if the mayors house is upgrading, then the collections buff production will pause until the upgrade is finished. The same as with all buildings, production stops during an upgrade.
