Because you have to pay lots of gems for a building which in case u need the space for something else you have to destroy it.

Because you have to pay lots of gems for a building which in case u need the space for something else you have to destroy it.
I had not noticed it can't be moved. I will have to be very careful in the future.
It's the same with all gem brought resource buildings, even fields and wells. Why should a exception be made for just the granite pit ?
