Adventure loot has a chance to drop eggs in the reward, it is not a certainty
Last year I had 0 eggs for the first 4 days of the event, that's just how the cookie crumbles.
All adventures might drop eggs. Therefor all adventures might not. You have a good chance of getting some, but it's not certain. Stay at it - you'll get some.
