Add more buildings for gems in merchant

Gingerbread house, Spacious Warehouse.

Easter basket 2015 , 180 population limit building too.

I really like having PROPERLY limited buildings, that are only available for a short window of time, and act like souveniers of participating in an event.

If players weren't playing when those buildings were rewards for events they shouldn't be able to get them. They are recognition of the work players did during events.

Some special buildings and decorations should be left as rare souvenirs to mark participation in past events
