Buff option tab sub menu on visit option on friend menu

I was thinking about some of the previous suggestions on buffing friends buildings and buffing lists etc
And now think it would be good to have a Buff request tab or sub menu when you click on visit friend.
The sub menu could list in check box form which buildings that friend would like buffed ( or not, not checked ) should you visit.
It would save a lot of wasted buffs I am sure, as no visitors can see what items are in store and which resources are not needed ( if your like me I rarely shut down buildings once stores are full )
Why check box? In the past similar suggestions asked for text box or sign on island, however both these were open to abuse of the `pegi 7' status so could not be implemented, but a check box stays within this limit.
