Premium building upgrade time

I suggest that when on Premium we get a 30% reduction on building and upgrade times.

tbh those 10 days upgrades wouldn't feel that bad anymore if this would come true :)

What if premium runs out during the time a building is upgrading?

same as when other buff runs out?
