Fireworks
I'm not normally a fan of decorative buffs, but it would be nice to have a zone-wide buff with animated fireworks for the island - maybe just over the mayors house if it's going to be too much strain on game performance.
I was thinking that it would be nice for celebrating things like 4th July, Guy Fawkes, New Year etc... :cool:

Maybe have them on the loading screen, would need a lot of rockets though to keep it entertaining while waiting longer than a c64 game to load from tape.
