Game freeze on download

Not sure if should go here or a actual bug
BUT
since todays update the game download thing (you get off home page) keeps frezzing and sticking for no reason not had no problems at all with this appart from i kept loosing chat last night for no reason to then again it was around 10pm-1amUK time that was happening

but did seem to happen most when I was placing buffs for a player in the game after they sent me the 130 to do. I was trying to move to place them and the game was just stuck and wouldnt move around map for me.
